How does the Loyalty Program work?

At DMO we highly recommend that our clients purchase service agreements in order to ensure that their equipment is regularly maintained and running efficiently.  To show our appreciation to our clients who allow us to service their equipment, we provide loyalty credits for each consecutive year that they purchase a service agreement.  Loyalty credits can then be redeemed for a discount when purchasing equipment from DMO.

Up to $500 in loyalty credits can be accumulated and applied to future equipment purchases!

Each year you purchase one of the following service agreements, you will earn the number of loyalty credits listed below:

Redeem your Loyalty Credits

Redeeming your loyalty credits is very easy.  Whenever you’re ready to purchase new equipment from DMO, just ask to have your loyalty credit applied to your equipment purchase price.


* Credits are non-transferable and only have value as a credit toward the equipment items listed above.  Only one agreement per household may accumulate loyalty credits in a given year.
